Rank, position and title put you in a position to lead. They do not make you a leader.
Leading is a choice.
Leading is a decision.
Leading is simple, not easy.
Leading is about innovation.
Leading is not about you.
Leading is about serving others.
Leading is about inspiring others.
Leading is about developing others.
Leading is about taking the blame and giving away the credit.
Leading requires asking questions, and then listening to the answers.
Leading requires you to stay hungry and humble.
Leading is about growing relationships.
Leading is about do what’s right, even when it is not popular or expedient.
Leading requires commitment and action.
Leading means you are willing to do the work.
Each of us is in a position to lead.
What’s Important Now? Choose to lead.
